For bolts with a pre tightening force requirement of 3000Nm, if they are high-strength bolts, the minimum specification of the bolts is also above M40, let alone bolts made of ordinary materials with larger specifications. In terms of pre tightening force, a manual torque wrench with a general pre tightening torque of 3000Nm is already difficult to meet the usage requirements. If dismantling is also considered, it will be even more difficult to dismantle. So we can only consider electric torque wrenches, pneumatic torque wrenches, or hydraulic wrenches with higher torque.
3000Nm lithium battery torque wrench, electric torque wrench, pneumatic torque wrench, and hydraulic wrench can all meet the requirements for use. Choosing which one to choose also requires consideration of work intensity, whether there are other restrictive conditions in the usage environment, such as explosion-proof, air supply, and the need to cover larger torque bolts together.
If more specifications and larger torque bolts are needed on site and need to be covered together, choose a hydraulic torque wrench. If explosion-proof is required for on-site construction, pneumatic torque wrenches or explosion-proof hydraulic wrenches can be selected. If the maximum torque for outdoor installation work does not exceed 3000Nm and requires portability and high work efficiency, then choose a lithium electric torque wrench which is fast and convenient.
